The Arab Federation of Customs Executives The 48th Meeting of the Arab Unions

The Arab Federation of Customs Executives participated in the regular meeting of the 48 Arab specialized associations working in the framework of the Arab Economic Unity Council in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, at the kind invitation of the General Secretariat of the Council of Economic Unity. The 48th meeting dealt with supporting the issuance of the draft book of the Arab Union specialized associations in addition to the proposals and studies submitted to the Council of Arab Economic Unity of different Arab Union, including the study presented by Dr. Mamdouh Rifai, President of the Arab Federation of Customs Executives at the previous regular meeting "47" held in the United Arab Emirates on how to overcome the obstacles within customs outlets.


The Secretary-General of the Council of Arab Economic Unity, Mr. Mohammed Al-Rabea, proposed forming a committee to follow up on the implementation of the recommendations and decisions made at the regular meetings of the Arab federations. The proposal was accepted and appreciated by all present and representatives of the specific Arab federations.


 


The meeting was attended by Mr. Mohamed Hamada, Assistant Secretary General, Mr. Mohammed Yahya, Member of the General Assembly, Mr. Mohamed Samir, Marketing Officer, representatives of specialized Arab federations and representatives of member states of the Council of Arab Economic Unity.
