The Arab Union of Customs Executives honors the Kuwaiti Customs Authority.

A delegation led by Dr. Mamdouh Al-Rifai, President of the Arab Union of Customs Executives, visited the General Administration of Kuwaiti Customs. The visit focused on enhancing intra-Arab trade through cooperation between the Union and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, starting with signing a cooperation agreement between the Arab Union of Customs Executives and the General Administration of Kuwaiti Customs.

Dr. Mamdouh Al-Rifai praised the role of Kuwaiti Customs in promoting Arab trade exchange under the wise leadership of Counselor Jamal Hadel Al-Jalawi. At the end of the meeting, Dr. Al-Rifai presented a certificate of appreciation and the Union’s shield to Counselor Jamal Hadel Al-Jalawi, Director General of Kuwaiti Customs, in recognition of his significant efforts in supporting the Union’s work and achieving its goals to increase intra-Arab trade for the benefit of Arab citizens.

In return, Counselor Jamal Al-Jalawi presented the Kuwaiti Customs shield to Dr. Mamdouh Al-Rifai, affirming Kuwaiti Customs’ recognition of the important role the Union plays in boosting Arab trade and supporting the Arab economy.

Attending on behalf of the Arab Union of Customs Executives were Dr. Mamdouh Al-Rifai, President of the Union; Mr. Saadoun Mazid, Board Member; Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Al-Bastaki, Board Member; and Mr. Abdullah Al-Tuwaijri, General Assembly Member. From the General Administration of Kuwaiti Customs, Counselor Jamal Al-Jalawi; Mr. Adnan Al-Qudaibi, Deputy Director General; Mr. Ibrahim Dashti, Head of Customs Executives Department; and Ms. Mona Al-Rashidi, Director of the Technical Office at Kuwaiti Customs, were present.
